Welcome to Bali Excited! By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking or use of our services.

1. General Terms

• Bali Excited provides a platform for booking various tour packages, activities, and transportation services in Bali.

• All services provided by Bali Excited are subject to the terms and conditions outlined here, along with any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services.

2. Booking and Reservations

• Booking Process: To book a tour, activity, or transfer, users must complete a reservation form on our website or through our customer support channels.

• Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after payment or confirmation via email. Please ensure that all details are accurate before confirming your booking.

• Payment: Payments are due in full upon booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal, depending on the payment options available.

• Changes to Bookings: Any changes to the bookings must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply for changes or cancellations made within 24 hours.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: Customers can cancel their bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited back.

4. Travel Insurance

• We highly recommend that customers purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other travel-related incidents.

• Bali Excited is not liable for any injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the tour or activity.

5. Pricing and Fees

• Pricing: All prices are listed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and are subject to change without notice. The final price will be locked at the time of booking.

• Taxes and Fees: All prices include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

• Extra Charges: Additional charges may apply for services such as hotel pick-up from locations outside the designated service areas or additional activities not included in the original package.

6. Tour and Activity Conduct

• Customer Responsibility: Customers must follow the instructions given by the tour guide or service provider during the tour. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in the cancellation of services without a refund.

• Safety: Customers are responsible for their own safety during the tour. Any injuries or accidents caused by negligence, failure to follow instructions, or participation in activities against advice are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Liability

• Bali Excited is not liable for any personal injury, accident, theft, loss, damage, or illness that occurs during the tour, transfer, or activity. By booking with us, you agree to waive any claims against Bali Excited.

• We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions of the tours, activities, and services. However, we are not responsible for any discrepancies, delays, or interruptions that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or force majeure events.

8. Force Majeure

• Bali Excited is not responsible for any failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions.

9. Privacy Policy

• Bali Excited respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. We will only use your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy and will never share your details with third parties without your consent.

10. Amendments to Terms

• Bali Excited reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be updated on this page, and the date of the most recent revision will be noted.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bali.
